The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has published a myth buster containing useful resources to support cervical screening.
PIF members Public Health England, Cancer Research UK and Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust have several resources featured in the round up.
The mythbuster, part of an ongoing series, is aimed at GPs.
It is broken into key sections including improving uptake, overcoming barriers and mental capacity.
There are also specific sections on supporting people with learning and physical disabilities, cervical screening for women from black and ethnic minority communities and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
