There are about 120,000 Welsh speakers living in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland and new public sector standards come into force in May 2020 on the use of Welsh language in systems, websites and anything public facing.
Is Welsh being incorporated into third sector websites, leaflets etc. alongside other languages in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland?
