Developed in response to member feedback, this workshop explores the key health and digital literacy challenges facing the UK. Day 1 focuses on the health literacy challenge, potential solutions and how you can become a health-literacy friendly organisation. Day 2 focuses on digital exclusion and digital literacy and how to tackle inequalities. Both days include examples of good practice, practical tools and the opportunity for group work and discussion.
