This webinar discusses evaluating the impact of health information and the launch of phase 3 of the Perfect Patient Information Journey report.
The final report of PIF’s Perfect Patient Information Journey project on evaluating the impact of health information was published on 21 February.
The report examines the methods and models available to evaluate health information and report on the outcomes of information improvements at the PPIJ pilot site at St Mark’s hospital.
