Charity shares new trusted information campaign videos

The Menopause Charity's videos were released on International Women’s Day.

A series of new videos have been created by The Menopause Charity as part of a campaign to ensure those experiencing menopause have trusted information. The Understanding Menopause videos feature members of the charity's clinical advisory panel and were released on International Women's Day.

The panel members fronting the videos include experienced clinicians who understand the questions, worries and confusion people often feel during menopause. The Menopause Charity says their advice can help you feel more prepared, more confident and more included in the menopause conversation.

Making informed choices

The videos were created to ensure women and individuals experiencing menopause have trusted information so they can make informed choices about their health. They were released on the same day as the charity's CEO, Jenny Haskey, was invited to an evening reception at 10 Downing Street to mark the annual celebration. The event, hosted by the Prime Minister and his wife, brought together women from across the UK who are making a difference in their communities.

Help others feel empowered

The Menopause Charity is urging others to share the new videos with someone who might need them. Helping more people gain trusted information can make them feel included in the conversation and more empowered to take control of their health, the charity said.
