The Robin Cancer Trust Big Ballsy Challenge video

The Robin Cancer Trust celebrates video award

Its Big Ballsy Challenge short film won bronze at the Smiley Charity Film Awards 2026.

A short film about one man's mission to overcome the stigma of talking about testicles has earned recognition from the 2026 Smiley Charity Film Awards.

Toby Freeman, CEO of The Robin Cancer Trust, became the first person ever to run across the country dressed as a giant pair of balls last year. He covered 150km in three days to raise awareness and vital funds for those affected by testicular cancer.

The resulting mini documentary, which was filmed entirely by hand, was announced among the award winners in April.

Toby says he hopes the challenge will encourage people to check themselves, go to the doctors or reach out for support if they need it.
