Sharing lessons from designing and testing a new government service in English and Welsh, Nia Campbell from Content Design London will show ways to write that help with translation. Nia will also discuss how to involve translators directly in the work to produce a better service.

This workshop is particularly timely as it will take place shortly before the PIF TICK criteria are updated to include translation and the publication of our updated Translating Health Information guidance.
