E-learning: Managing your health information review process

Improve your health information review process with our new e-learning course, developed in partnership with Content Design London.

Reviewing health information is essential to keep it accurate, current, and useful for your audience. But keeping up with the process can be challenging, especially if you have a lot of older content to review.

Our new e-learning course, developed in partnership with Content Design London, will help you streamline your review process. It covers:

  • Why it is important to review and maintain content.
  • How to prioritise content.
  • Important questions to ask before starting a review.
  • The different levels of review and when it is appropriate to use them.

The course has four 30-minute modules supported by practical case studies and activities. It is delivered by Dan Wills, quality manager at PIF, and Nia Campbell, senior content designer at Content Design London.

This course supports PIF TICK criteria 1.7: There is a process for reviewing and updating health and care information within appropriate timeframes.
