People with long-term conditions are most likely to be hospital in-patients and out-patients. The NHS design team wants to hear how new hospitals can be designed to better meet people's needs. They particularly want to engage seldom-heard communities.
A key priority for PIF is for hospital patients to be signposted to credible sources of information and support. We are keen to see how information provision can be 'designed in' to new hospitals. The webinar presented an opportunity to provide feedback at a strategic level to the programme leads.
