Webinar: Fighting the infodemic with trusted health information

During Health Information Week, we hosted a free event focused on practical solutions to the infodemic.

Misinformation, on everything from paracetamol to the menopause, continued to hit the headlines in 2025. More than 1 in 10 people say they have been harmed by misinformation. But what can we do as health information producers to tackle the rise in misleading and dangerous information?

During Health Information Week, we invited PIF members to join us for a free event focused on practical solutions to tackle the infodemic. Our expert panel discussed changes in search behaviour, misinformation and disinformation trends – and how health information producers can effectively counter harmful information.
