This Annual Review marks the end of a five-year strategic period and the launch of a new three-year strategy. This includes a new strategic aim of 'Inclusion', with a focus on health and digital literacy, accessibility, translation, cultural appropriateness and co-production.


As well as launching our new strategy, the review highlights our key achievements in 2021 including the launch of our public-facing PIF TICK website and achieving CPD accreditation for our online training. Our Perfect Patient Information Journey (PPIJ) project has also produced a tested process to ensure trusted health information is integrated in patient journeys through the health service.
