The world has changed dramatically since the publication of our last Annual Review. However, that has not stopped PIF making great progress on our ambitious strategic aims. Highlights from 2020 included launching the PIF TICK, a UK-wide quality mark for health information, and our Covid Choices survey which raised widespread awareness of the need for clear communication during the pandemic.
