An innovative video engagement platform has been launched to empower PIF TICK-certified organisations to deliver trusted health information. One Vision Health says its AnswerPack® platform transforms frequently asked questions into dynamic, personalised videos. The aim is to enhance accessibility, boost engagement and ensure information is tailored to patient needs.

AnswerPack®

The AnswerPack® platform integrates with any website or portal. Organisations can clinically approve content or request peer review from the company’s network of medical specialists. 

One Vision Health says the platform is uniquely positioned to assist PIF TICK-certified members in addressing diverse health concerns, including: 

  • Chronic conditions, cancer support, and mental health.
  • Women’s health, sexual health, and rare diseases.
  • Preventative care and post-operative education.
