About PIF and the PIF TICK
PIF is an independent, charitable incorporated organisation. A key area of operational activity is the PIF TICK quality mark.
The PIF TICK sets the criteria for trusted health information and provides an assessment and certification scheme. Members of the scheme undergo an initial online self-assessment followed by a video assessment with an assessor before they can use the PIF TICK quality mark. Members are offered support and guidance to help them achieve the required standard and assessed on an annual basis. Assessments are carried out via Google Meet and our online portal.
