Dan Wills
Dan joined PIF in early 2020 to launch the new health information quality mark scheme. Dan has more than a decade of experience working with charities and the NHS.
Alice Baron
Before joining PIF in 2025 as an assessor, Alice spent 10 years working in the charity sector, specialising in leading information and support services.

Ruth Renfrew
Ruth is a health information and content design specialist with a background in clinical medicine. She has worked with charities and public sector organisations for more than 10 years and is committed to making health information inclusive, accessible and trustworthy.
Rachel Tyrer
Rachel is an experienced health editor. She has worked with a range of charities on patient-facing projects. Having gone through the PIF TICK certification process herself, she understands the queries that can arise.
