Skills and experience
Worked with over 200 organisations - patient groups, NHS, life sciences, think tanks, start- & scale-ups - over the past 30 years to help bring the voice, mind and hands of the patient & citizen to design & deliver better products, services & systems. More of a strategist who can review patient information/ products than write/ produce them from scratch.
